My stay had its ups and downs. While the hotel had some lovely and clean areas, the service and overall attention to detail were quite lacking. The rooms were comfortable, but I encountered issues that shouldn't happen at a place of this standard. On a brighter note, the dining experience was pleasant, and the location was great for getting around the city.
